Your High Point lawn, cared for by the teamalready serving the neighborhood.

Your High Point HOA dues already take care of your front yard. North Star Grounds Care can mow your back yard on the same neighborhood route in Mount Vernon — one crew, already here, nothing else to coordinate.

High Point neighborhood rate

$59.99 per month, plus tax

Billed monthly, year-round — never a yearly lump sum.

Because we already maintain High Point's shared spaces and front yards through the HOA, we can mow your back yard on the same route and offer a neighborhood rate. You are billed $59.99 plus tax each month under an initial 12-month agreement — twelve monthly payments per year.

Service includes

  • Back-yard mowing with line edging
  • 35 growing-season mowing visits
  • Routine cleanup of light mowing debris
  • Front-yard maintenance stays with your HOA — no overlap, no double-paying

Our mowing season typically runs April through mid-November. We set the exact start and end dates each year based on growing conditions — you'll always know before the first visit and before the season wraps.

After you sign the service proposal, you'll receive an email from our secure payment processor to provide your payment information — we then bill $59.99 each month, plus tax, year-round. Service will likely occur on the same day North Star Grounds Care services the community. We do our best to maintain a constant schedule, however equipment, people, and weather can sometimes require changes in service dates.

A quick note for pet owners: we do not pick up pet droppings, and droppings must be removed from the yard by the time we service. Thank you for helping us keep visits smooth for your crew and your pups.Pet safety: we know pets are part of the family. When weed-control products are applied, please keep pets off treated lawn and landscape areas during the application and until the treated area has completely dried. Drying time varies with weather, but treated areas are typically ready for normal use later the same day.

Already on the route

You already see our team caring for High Point's front yards and common areas through the HOA. Adding your back yard to the same route makes service convenient and efficient.

One less thing to manage

We mow the back yard your HOA doesn't cover, so your whole property looks consistently cared for without another company to coordinate.

Care beyond the mow

Optional flat-rate add-ons — fertilization, lawn renewal, lime, moss, grub & mole, and irrigation care — cover your front and back yards.

Come home to a property that looks cared for

The goal is simple: a home that looks neat, maintained, and welcoming without you having to remember every mowing visit or seasonal cleanup. Since we are already working in High Point, your property can be cared for as part of a familiar neighborhood route.

The team you already see in High Point

North Star Grounds Care is the landscape maintenance company for the High Point HOA. We understand the neighborhood and the importance of keeping both shared spaces and individual homes looking presentable. You can work with a local team that is already here — not a company making a separate trip from outside the community.

Optional add-ons — flat community rates

Choose the add-ons you'd like — each one's yearly cost is simply spread across your 12 monthly payments. Fertilizer is not part of the base package; we recommend at least two applications. Add-ons apply to your front and back yards — they are not included in your HOA dues.

Every High Point home has an irrigation system — protect yours

Your HOA's landscape contract covers mowing — it does not winterize your home's irrigation system. That part falls on you as the homeowner. One hard freeze can crack a backflow preventer — the most common freeze casualty — or split a line, and those repairs run many times the cost of prevention, usually discovered in spring.

Add Irrigation Season Care below and both visits are handled on our route days: we blow out the lines before freezing weather, then start your system up professionally in spring.
