North Star Grounds Care maintains and services existing irrigation systems. We provide seasonal turn-on and shutdown, system checks, adjustments, troubleshooting, and approved repairs. We do not design or install new irrigation systems.

Investigate before we repair

We investigate the likely cause of the problem and recommend the appropriate repair, rather than replacing parts without understanding the issue.

STEP 2

Clear approval before additional work

We explain the recommended repair and obtain your approval before performing work outside the agreed scope.

STEP 3

Seasonal startup & shutdown

Systems are brought online and put to bed on the right schedule for Northwest Washington weather.

STEP 4

Ongoing monitoring

For properties on selected maintenance scopes, crews identify and report visible irrigation problems during routine visits.
